If your non-cash offer is accepted, the following steps will take place:

You will be sent an e-mail message confirming your non-cash offer. If you are a registered user, then the non-cash offer will show up in your philanthropy portfolio, along with the current status of the transaction, and you will be able to check the status of the transaction at any time.
If the nonprofit has questions about the item, then the nonprofit will e-mail you with those questions. You may answer them by replying to their e-mail.
When the nonprofit decides whether to accept or reject the offer, you will be notified via e-mail. If the offer is accepted and you agreed to ship the item, then you will be sent shipping instructions with the e-mail message.
Depending on your agreement, the nonprofit will arrange to pick up the item, or you will ship the item to the nonprofit.
You will receive a final confirmation e-mail message when the nonprofit has received the item.
